We've recently moved T&D offices from San Francisco's Financial District to lovely Noe Valley. We're proud to be an independent, locally owned San Francisco small-business.

Timothy gives each client the attention they need so he can fully understand their entire tax situation. By learning about their unique needs, Timothy, is able to customize solutions to each client's specific case. Timothy's ability to communicate complicated tax code into action steps his clients is the primary reason T&D continues to receive on-going, word-of-mouth referrals.
Timothy became an Enrolled Agent in March 2010. He brings over 15 years of Tax experience in from various industries. Timothy is adept at assisting executive level decisions makers to first-time filers.
Timothy has advised individuals and business on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance decisions, tax planning, retirement planning, and advised couples on prenuptial and domestic partner registration tax planning.
He has served in the US Navy from 1984-1988. Timothy has been a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents and a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents since 2010.
